Situation From the property there is good access onto the Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach Road (A12) which provides excellent access to the A13 Newham Way (for Docklands, London City Airport and the Thames Gateway) and Blackwall Tunnel (for the A2) about 1 mile to the south.
