Within the last 10 years there has been significant growth
in developments for social housing, either to rent or for
shared ownership. Pressure from Government and local authorities
for more housing for general needs and key workers,
will only increase this trend and we are already seeing an
increase in the percentage social housing content of private
residential developments.

RSLs covering the London area who are involved in providing
housing for specialist sectors and more generally. Our qualified
professional surveyors have considerable experience in this
market and in providing valuations of social housing schemes
including street valuations, stock transfer and
the assessment of value at January 1999 for rent structuring
purposes.
We are also able to assist residential developers by involving
an RSL at the earliest stages of the development process.
