quality standards.

both in acting on behalf of and representing the client greatly
simplifies the procurement of a construction project by greater
efficiency, control and reducing client/employer management
time.

completion including, feasibility, selecting the design team,
programming of works, arranging plans and drawings, obtaining
the necessary consents, producing specifications and tender
