Bowyer Bryce is an independent practice of Chartered
Surveyors and industrial and commercial property agents.
Based in Enfield, Borehamwood and London W1 we are well placed to serve
clients throughout London, Essex and South Hertfordshire
although we also hold professional and agency appointments by way
of client lead instructions throughout the
Home Counties and the rest of the UK.
We represent a broad range of clients
from private individuals and small private companies to public
limited companies, pension funds and pulic authorities.
Over recent years we have also developed a strong reputation as
being a provider of best value and consultancy
services to a number of local authorities and other public
bodies.
We are panel surveyors to London Development Agency and other public sector clients for whom we have acted include the London Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey, Epping Forest
District Council, the Upper Lee Valley Partnership, Transport
for London, London Transport, The Commission for the New Towns,
Thames Water Authority, British Waterways, the Secretary
of State for Defence and the Secretary
of State for Employment.
We are approved panel valuers for a number of banks, building
societies and other financial institutions requiring valuations
for secured lending.
